Childbirth does not have to be fearful or uncomfortable, if you trust your body and if you are well prepared; 2. Every baby deserves to be born calm, loving and joyful.

In my comprehensive course, you will learn everything that contributes to a positive, relaxed birth experience. You will discover: • the power of thoughts during labor; • how you can let go of fears; • effective relaxation, visualization and breathing techniques; • comfortable positions and supportive massage techniques. You'll also gain valuable information about what exactly happens in your body and with your baby during the birthing process. This way, you'll also understand why it happens during labor. That first important period after birth, the Golden Month, is also covered, with topics like rest, bonding and breastfeeding. Through all the practical tools, you'll develop a strong, positive mindset. This will reduce anxiety, prevent unnecessary tension in your body and therefore minimize pain. This can not only positively influence the intensity of contractions, but also ensure a shorter labor and a faster recovery.

Deep relaxation, complete focus and self-control At HypnoBirthing®, hypno isn't about show hypnosis or vagueness, but about self-hypnosis: a natural, deep state of relaxation where you remain completely clear and aware. So you're not at the mercy of someone else. On the contrary: you remain in control! You'll know exactly what's happening and why, and you'll consciously make your own choices. During the course, you'll learn how to integrate and automate various techniques - such as breathing, visualization and relaxation. This way, you'll learn to block out distractions and direct your attention and focus on what's truly important: your baby's birthing process.
